Grim Fandango

This game is like getting food poisoning in a four star restaurant - the art is ravishingly, the scenario is witty,
BUT I could not play the game through. I googled, watched spoiler videos, entered a Blog (finding others with the same bug)......and contacted the creators.
They replied to query, asking what I was playing on.
I answered.
They did not reply......
